The Wood County Sheriff’s Office uses Combined Public Communications (CPC) as the inmate communications system. Please read the following for more information on receiving and troubleshooting inmate phone calls.

When an inmate makes a call to your phone, a computerized voice will give you instructions to accept, decline or to block the call. Please listen to all of the options before making your selection.

Prepaid phone accounts, Tablets & Chirper Accounts:
Family and Friends are able to set up prepaid accounts from outside the facility by calling CPC customer service at 1-877-998-5678, online at www.inmatesales.com or using the CPC kiosk located in the jail lobby. Acceptable forms of payment include major credit and debit cards, and the kiosk accepts cash. To add funds to an inmates phone, tablet or chirper – please call CPC customer service at the number or via website listed above.

To request a refund for unused phone or chirper time after release from our facility – please call 1-877-998-5678.
