Auction will consist of vehicles that have been unclaimed at local vehicle tow operator lots and have been forfeited to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office pursuant to R.C. 4513.61-4513.62.
Condition of each vehicle is unknown; some vehicles have keys and some do not. Access to inspect each vehicle is not available. Unclaimed vehicles are sold “AS IS” at auction.
Cash or check for the full amount of the successful bid is due at time of sale. Current drivers’ license or state identification is required. If paying cash, Salvage Title will be released immediately. If paying by check, Salvage Title will be held until check clears. All vehicles must be removed from tow dealership lot within ten (10) days of buyer’s receipt of the Salvage Title. Salvage Title Owner: Wood County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for accident or loss of vehicle on tow operator’s lot.
