New Police-to-Citizen Website Launched Last Month
WOOD COUNTY, OH – The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce the roll-out of several new features on the Superion CAD/RMS/JMS system that was launched last month. An updated “Police-to-Citizen” or “P2C” website is now available that will allow unprecedented access to information and reports from local law enforcement agencies and the Wood County Jail. The new website, which can be found at: https://p2c.woodcountysheriff.com and offers the following features: Current Dispatch (CAD) Calls, Arrests, a Wanted List that displays outstanding warrants, an Event/Incident search engine, the Ohio Sex Offender Registry, request Vacation Watches on your residence, Daily Bulletin reports, Bike Registration and Praise an Officer/Deputy. Users can also track law enforcement activity on Google Maps via the site. Most mug shots are available on the site. Obviously, we are always cognizant of the fact that there are some records that cannot be shared, such as incidents involving juveniles, sensitive calls like rape victims, and active investigations, but we are committed to being as transparent as any law enforcement agency can be in this era of Internet connectivity. Sheriff Wasylyshyn invites residents of Wood County including the citizens of Rossford, Walbridge and Lake Twp. to visit the website, explore its features, and send us their comments and questions via the “Contact Us” page.
